No Refunds. Exchanges only within 10 days of purchase. We are not responsible for any item that is not picked up in 60 days. At Ampofo Bros Custom, we are dedicated to creating exceptional Bespoke suits and clothing that fit our customers to their satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer store credit for any issues related to an extremely ill-fitting custom suit, or a remake if possible.

Upon Confirmation of all Bespoke Clothing design at time and placement of order is final. “Note”: In order to ensure the meticulous craftsmanship necessary for creating a tailored suit, all customization specifications are thoroughly discussed and confirmed prior to the submission of your order and payment. However, there will be non-customizable options within the garment based on standard design requirements. Consequently, any concerns regarding the details will be rendered null and void once the order is placed and payment is processed.

All products ordered and confirmed from Ampofo Bros Custom off-the-rack European collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for store credit, the garment must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Requests for store credit will be denied if the garment is altered or damaged.Store credit can be used for a new custom garment or any other products on our website. It must be used within six months of issuance and is non-transferable.
